BnBGenius Integration with Beds24

This guide outlines the steps to integrate your Beds24 account with BnBGenius using Calry, our unified API platform.

Prerequisites

• Active accounts with both BnBGenius and Beds24
• Access to your Beds24 account settings

Step 1: Generate Invite Code in Beds24

1. Log in to your Beds24 account.
2. Navigate to Settings > Apps & Integrations > API.
3. Click on Generate Invite Code.
4. In the permissions dialog:
   • Select All permissions for Read, Write, and Delete.
   • Click Generate Invite Code again.
5. Copy the generated invite code.

Step 2: Connect Beds24 to BnBGenius via Calry

1. In your BnBGenius dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Select Beds24 from the list of available integrations.
3. Paste the invite code obtained from Beds24 into the provided field.
4. Click Connect.
5. Upon successful connection, you'll receive a confirmation message.

Step 3: Set Up Real-Time Webhooks in Beds24

To enable real-time synchronization of bookings and other events:

1. In your BnBGenius dashboard, locate your unique Listener URL provided during the integration setup.
2. Log in to your Beds24 account.
3. For each property you wish to integrate:
   1. Navigate to Settings > Properties > Access.
   2. Under the Booking Webhooks section:
      • Set Webhook Version to 2 - with personal data.
      • Paste your Listener URL into the URL field.
      • Leave the Custom Header field empty.
   3. Click Save.
4. Repeat this process for each property you want to integrate.
